Onyado Nono Kanazawa

The onsen and free ramen were highlights, but room size felt quite cramped for two large bags.

stayed here on trip and really enjoyed the double room we booked. an electronic key card, multi-channel tv, and a writing table where a very nice touch. the setting of hotel was particularly good, in the middle of the city.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

This hotel showcases a lovely onsen spa experience.

I was disappointed by the onsen experience. Everyone had to be completely nude, and I wish swimsuits were allowed for added comfort. The breakfast waiting time was frustrating. On my last morning, I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to my Shinkansen schedule, which was like a letdown after looking forward to it.

i had 1 night in kanazawa, spending the time here lovely. the location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic castle. btw, went to city center, located within walking distance of the hotel.

All in all, it was incredible base for travelling to Kanazawa. There were an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk in the room, enjoyed that. We got a bidet too.

An excellent variety that showcased local flavors. The afternoon ice cream and evening ramen were good surprises. The onsen tends to get quite busy during peak times, which can detract from relaxation.

The room was cozy, but the check-in was a bit unfriendly and confusing.

It is a modern place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. It offers particularly good, favourable location.

Not one thing.

The hotel features a traditional Japanese ambiance with tatami mats. The on-site onsen offers multiple temperature options and a sauna, perfect for relaxation. The location is conveniently near Kanazawa Castle and just a short walk to local bus lines.

Tattoo policy may be a concern for some guests.

The design of the hotel blew me away. Clean rooms with beautiful aesthetics. I loved the onsen. It was well-maintained. Free ice cream and Yakult were excellent perks, especially after a soak in the hot springs. I also appreciated the affordable laundry facilities with only 100 yen for drying. The bed felt a bit too firm for my liking was great. Walking around the family room was a challenge due to the layout and small size.

Loved the onsen experience, free ice cream, and ramen at night. It was like unwinding at a friend's place.

Would recommend for a weekend rest

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a great buffet with both Japanese and Western options, made mornings enjoyable. A convenient location just 32 km from the nearest airport, perfect for exploring the city.

Absolutely perfect.

I had a delightful stay, particularly enjoyed the spa experience and the amazing selection of ice cream. I do wish the onsen allowed swimsuits though! Would definitely return!
